Ce costuri presupune procedura de constatare?

 

Constatarea este gratuita. Produsele vor fi analizate/evaluate gratuit si un cost estimativ pentru reparatie va fi adus la cunostinta clientului in cel mai scurt timp. Clientul poate refuza costul estimativ din orice motiv si fara nici o justificare. Daca produsele au fost expediate din alta localitate clientul va achita contravaloarea transportului acestora in localitatea de resedinta.

 

Items will be assessed by our technician at Kamerawerk Customer Care and an estimate will be raised for servicing / repair costs in accordance with labor / parts necessary. The estimate will be comunicated to the customer in due course. The failure will be corrected after the customer has signed Kamerawerk’s quotation / cost estimate. If for any reason the customer decline the estimate there will be no charge/ general fee, except for the return/shipping/handling costs. In case a repair by Kamerawerk Photo Technologies is not possible, a manufacturer‘s certified workshop will be assigned upon request.

Toate comenzile vor fi procesate in ordinea primirii lor timpul mediu de asteptare fiind de 5 zile lucratoare la care se adauga timpul de transport, pentru Bucuresti timpul mediu de asteptare este de 3 zile lucratoare. In situatile care impun inlocuirea unor componente si in sezon (mid-April through mid-October) pot aparea intarzieri semnificative de pina la 6 saptamani.

 

Clean & Check
Ce inseamna Clean & Check?

 

Procedura Clean&Check este realizata numai asupra unui echipament 100% functional si este complet neinvaziva. Procedura nu este acoperita de garantia Kamerawerk intrucat nu se realizeaza efectiv nici o reparatie. Operatii efectuate in cadrul unei proceduri Clean&Check pentru Digital/Analog SLR/DSLR/(D)Rangefinder Bodies&Lenses:

  • Curatare exterioara (inclusiv caseta si vizor)
  • Testare obturator (M/AM), testare sistem control expunere, AF test (acolo unde se aplica)
  • Curatare suprafata de captura/senzor CCD/CMOS
  • Confirmare PC Sync date/proces (computer synchronization)
  • Refacerea izolatiilor de obscuritate/amortizare
  • Curatare oglinda
  • Curatare externa GI/GS Grup Inferior/Grup Superior
  • Confirmare functii/parametrii potrivit specificatiilor producatorului
  • Update firmware

Orice problema descoperita in timpul procedurii Clean&Check va fi diagnosticata si adusa la cunostinta clientului cu precizarea unui cost estimativ.
